The Mailing Process Step by Step
Never sent a piece of direct mail before? Never used a mailing house? Unsure of what is involved? Do not worry; our expert friendly staff is always available to help guide you through the process.

Step 1
First contact our sales team for a quote. They will ask you what you hope to expect from your campaign and a series of questions eg quantity, size, number of insertions, folding, pre-print requirements.
They will also ask about your postage expectations, you will also receive an estimated postage quote. If your campaign goes live then you will be required to pay this before your mailing is released.

Step 2
If you are happy with the costing then your account handler will book your job in. They will need to know when to expect data and stock (letterhead, inserts, envelopes, postcards etc.) to effectively schedule a slot in job execution. Alternatively in case we have been assigned Print to Mail Job then Printing plans to be finalized and plan production slaught.

Step 3
Once everything has been received our data team will process your data. Also a minor data cleaning will be done. Once happy they will print off a proof for you to check either by email or fax. You will be asked to thoroughly check all the details and approve or amend as necessary.

Step 4
Once approved your campaign will move through the various stages of productions/job execution. Your account handler will inform you of it’s progress every step of the way, and will contact you immediately should any problems arise.

Step 5
Your campaign is now ready to be release. You may resort to mailing by Indian Post or courier as per the requirement / cost plannings etc. We are authorized mailers of India Post. Also we have facility of courier servicing at all metro and Tier II cities. After this final action of mail/courier you will receive an itemised invoice. Payment terms would be as decided in the initial phase.
